Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Account” means the user account you register to access the Service.
• “Prompt” means an AI prompt, template, blueprint or related digital content made available on the Service.
• “Credits” means the prepaid units used to unlock Prompts.
• “Subscription” means a recurring plan that grants periodic Credits and/or access benefits.
• “Content” means any text, prompts, materials or output made available through the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@promptang.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.

3. The Service — AI Prompts & Digital Products

PromptAng is a marketplace of professionally crafted AI prompts and prompt blueprints for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and others. All items sold on the Service are digital products delivered electronically. Prompts are tools intended to help you generate output using third-party AI models; we do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, revenue or outcome from their use.

4. Prompt Credits

Credits are prepaid units used to unlock Prompts. The Credit cost of each Prompt is shown on its detail page. Once a Prompt is unlocked, the corresponding Credits are consumed and the Prompt is added permanently to your Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Unused Credits do not expire while your Account remains active.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions grant a recurring allocation of Credits and/or access benefits as described on our Pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated; taxes are calculated and added at checkout.

6. Payments and Secure Processing

Payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment provider. When you make a purchase, our payment provider handles the payment, issues your invoice/receipt, and collects and remits applicable taxes where required. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card details.

7. Refunds

Refunds for digital products and Subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because purchases are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider, refunds are issued through that payment provider to your original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and the Prompts (excluding output you generate), is owned by or licensed to ANG Technologies Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence expressly granted below, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Licence to Use Prompts

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Prompts you unlock for your own personal or internal business purposes, including generating output with AI tools. You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the Prompts themselves; (b) include Prompts in a competing prompt library or marketplace; or (c) remove any proprietary notices. Output you generate using a Prompt is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others, or infringe intellectual property;
• generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually exploitative content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• scrape, copy, or bulk-extract Prompts or data, or circumvent access or usage limits;
• resell, share or redistribute purchased Prompts or your Account access;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
• misuse third-party AI tools in breach of their terms.

We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, for any breach of this policy.

11. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party Models

Prompts are used with third-party AI models operated by providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. Your use of third-party AI tools is subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANG Technologies Ltd and its officers and employees against any claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the licences granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example by posting the updated Terms with a new “last updated” date or by email). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
