Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on PromptAng, operated by ANG Technologies Ltd (company number 17294566, England and Wales). It forms part of our Terms of Service. All products sold on PromptAng are digital products delivered electronically. Refund requests are handled in accordance with this policy, with our payment provider’s applicable policies, and with your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer protection law.

1. Payment Processing and Refund Channel

Order processing, billing, taxes and refunds are handled by our trusted third-party payment provider. Approved refunds are returned through that same payment provider to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Statutory Right to Cancel (UK / EU Digital Content)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU rules, you have a 14-day right to cancel purchases of digital content. When you buy a digital product on PromptAng and consent to immediate delivery (for example, unlocking a Prompt or starting a Subscription), you waive the 14-day cancellation right for content already supplied to you. This waiver does not remove your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, materially not as described, or inaccessible due to a defect on our side.

3. Prompt Credit Purchases

  • Unused credits: unused prompt credits purchased within the previous 14 days are eligible for a full refund, provided they have not been used.
  • Used credits: credits consumed to unlock a digital prompt count as digital content that has been delivered to you. Refunds for delivered digital content follow Section 8 (faulty or misdescribed content).

4. One-Off Digital Products

For one-off digital purchases (including individual prompt unlocks), the digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing the purchase you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day cancellation right for the delivered content. Statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed digital content are preserved in full and addressed in Section 8.

5. Subscriptions, Renewals and Cancellation

You can cancel a Subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing our support team. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access to the Subscription continues until the end of the current paid billing period. If a subscription renewal payment is disputed or a refund is requested, it will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our payment provider’s refund process.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate charge is refunded in full upon request to our support team. Please include the order numbers or transaction references of the duplicate payments.

7. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account was made without your authorization, please contact us at support@promptang.com within 60 days of the charge appearing on your statement. The transaction will be reviewed together with our payment provider in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and payment network rules. Where a refund is determined to be appropriate under the applicable review process, it will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content

If a digital product is faulty, materially not as described, or you are unable to access it due to a defect on our side, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected purchase in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent EU consumer protection law.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email support@promptang.com from the email address used at purchase and include:

  • the order or receipt number from your payment confirmation;
  • the reason for your refund request.

You can also use the refund link included in the receipt sent at the time of purchase by our payment provider.

10. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The time for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider and is outside our control.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at support@promptang.com — most issues are resolved faster than through a chargeback. Chargeback requests and payment disputes are handled in cooperation with our payment provider and in accordance with applicable consumer and payment services laws.

12. Your Statutory Rights and Data Protection

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), EU consumer protection law, or your data protection rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
