4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2, based on the legal grounds of establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data is shared with our service providers (cloud server, payment infrastructure, email delivery provider) solely for the purpose of providing this service and in accordance with KVKK Art. 8 and 9.

Transfers abroad are carried out within the framework of the providers’ KVKK compliance commitments and appropriate safeguards.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad
• To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion / destruction under KVKK Art. 7
• To request notification to third parties to whom data was transferred
• To object to results arising against you from automated analysis
• To request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing
