Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the Service for:

• Producing, distributing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, weapons manufacturing or chemical/biological threats
• Manufacture, sale or supply of illegal drugs
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or patent rights
• Fake identities, fraud or phishing content
• Creating malware, viruses or harmful code
• Hate speech based on race, gender, religion or sexual orientation
• Harassment, threats, stalking or insults toward third parties
• Abusing the Service via reverse engineering, scraping or automated extraction
• Abusing free credits by creating multiple accounts

2. Platform Integrity

• Attempting unauthorized access to APIs or infrastructure is prohibited.
• Making automated requests that exceed rate limits is prohibited.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts is prohibited.
• Bulk-downloading prompts to resell on your own platform is prohibited.

3. Responsibility for AI Outputs

PromptAng only provides access to AI prompts; the accuracy, legality and ethical use of the outputs these prompts produce in third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) are entirely the user’s responsibility. We strongly recommend reviewing generated content before using it in commercial settings.

4. Reporting Violations

If you see this policy being violated, report it to us: support@promptang.com

Reports are reviewed within 72 hours. Your privacy is protected.

5. Enforcement

Depending on the nature of the violation, we may apply the following measures:

• Warning
• Restricting access to certain content / prompts
• Temporary suspension of the account
• Permanent closure of the account (no refund for remaining credits)
• Legal action — reporting to the competent authorities
